PROLIFIC QUEBEC VFX SUPERVISOR LUC JULIEN JOINS FRONTIER

We are excited to welcome Luc Julien, a veteran of over 70 productions, to Frontier as VFX Supervisor.

From small TV shows to tentpole blockbuster films he helped many productions to bring their projects to life over a 22-year career. As the principal VFX Supervisor at Frontier, Luc will oversee all aspects of production. 

“We finally have a real shot at changing the face of the VFX industry and offering something new to people in Quebec,” Luc says. “Building a remote environment in which artists can grow is very exciting for me, and I’m looking forward to working with them as we continue to deliver great work through the NetFX platform. 

“Simultaneously, Frontier presents a really great opportunity for artists across the province that have enjoyed working remotely and want to continue to do so. I’m passionate about attracting the best talent from across the region, not just the big cities.”

As a VFX Supervisor, Luc will be instrumental in ensuring quality across our visual effects projects and will be available to work directly with production teams to ensure we match their ambition.

Working closely with Managing Director Tara DeSimone, Luc will help drive projects creatively as well as supporting our team of artists working on the NetFX platform.
